Lead and co-ordinate web based projects within this integrated consultancy environment adding to already significant expertise of this multi-disciplinary team as well as providing rigorous planning and management of internal resources and processes.

This is not a production orientated environment ...the focus is on solving business issues and projects tend to be longer time scale than the average agency-style project and the average budget will be c£50-250k pa.

It's a client facing role and you'll work with the account management team to lead the interactive element of a larger brand programme aswell as working independently on standalone digital projects and you'll have the opportunity to be involved in everything from pitching through to delivery and client engagement/management.

What you'll need is experience of the full digital project management lifecycle along with a sound understanding of web design and development processes including knowledge of information architecture and content management systems.

Experience with community groups, blogs, video, comms planning and Flash will come in very useful.

You'll also have enough of a technical understanding to be know how to deliver on ideas, plus you'll have some knowledge of usability and accessibility.

You may have come from an agency or consultancy environment, but I think they'd look at candidates coming from a clientside too, what's important is that you have a good head for business with a smart, professional approach.
