This global creative digital agency is looking for flash developer. You will work closely with project teams that include Flash animators, art directors, designers and copywriters - as well as technical team members such as senior server-side web developers. You are expected to code using object orientated techniques with re-usability in mind, implement new scripting techniques when possible and be up to speed on current Flash development techniques and trends.

Required Skills
* At least three years' experience as a Flash developer in an agency environment
* Practical knowledge of software development methodologies
* Strong, proven, object orientated design skills
* ActionScript 1 / ActionScript2 experience
* Expertise in Flash development methodologies (component implementation, etc.) and quality assurance
* Basic Flash animation, video and design knowledge
* Creative toolset knowledge and expertise (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
* Basic client-side technologies knowledge (e.g. XML, HTML, CSS etc.)
* Ability to communicate Flash's technical and creative prowess
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse demands
* Proven aptitude for quick technical thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
* A strong team player who will develop team relations that foster both learning and excellence
