Reporting to the Head of Online Marketing and managing a team of two, the Search Engine Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving this growth by implementing new Search Engine Marketing Campaigns through Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). To support this they will need to create a joint PPC and SEO strategy to target a wider range of customer search behaviours.

The primary objective of the SEM Manager will be to drive profitable customer acquisition through PPC and SEO. Specifically, they will need to deliver sales to a target ROI whilst also delivering against spend, traffic, click through and cost per click targets for both activities. The candidate will also need to devise a plan to ensure that we achieve maximum coverage in all search engines from both PPC and SEO and ensure that the two search campaigns work together. The SEM Manager will need to operate at both a strategic and implementation level - taking responsibility for devising the joint PPC and SEO strategies for the next year yet at the same time being able to understand how specific keyphrases impact search engine behaviour for example...full job spec upon request

- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Degree level qualification preferred but suitable experience considered
