Fully integrated digital marketing agency seeks Head of User Experience. Our client is an independent digital market agency based in the heart of London’s West End. They are seeking a candidate with a number of years agency experience in user experience/information architecture. Applicants must have extensive agency experience and must have man management experience. The primary role is to conceptualize and deliver the design of web based business applications that meet business and usability objectives. The role requires forming and managing a team of IAs to deliver experience architecture and related user experience deliverables. The role will involve driving innovation within the team to produce high quality work.  You will facilitate team cohesion, take actions to build and maintain positive morale, and identifies barriers to effective teamwork.

• You will be an expert in user centered design (UCD) with experience in successfully applying UCD to a number of web based business applications.
• You will have experience of leading all aspects of user research and usability testing (eg, focus groups, prototyping, usability testing) and interpreting the results into actionable requirements.
•  The role is client facing and requires effective leadership and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams including business analysts, strategists, engineers, visual designers and content strategists.
