A well respected integrated agency in London, specialising in communications that engage the imagination of the consumer, create an emotional connection between them and the brand, and build customer relationships is looking for an Online Project Manager. The digital project manager role has overall responsibility for client relationships, the co-ordination, the efficient design and production of whatever media is required, looking after the projects and jobs internally and ensuring the desired end-result is delivered on time and within budget. The online project manager will ideally have come from a similar role (most likely a small interactive agency). They will have knowledge and skills in - developing personal relationships with clients - strong understanding of digital marketing including but not limited to • Creative anatomy • Media • Ad Server’s and behavioural targeting • Web 2.0 and tracking technology • Web Analytics • User behaviour - Able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge - Able to communicate complex technical information to clients and account team - Understanding of multiple PM style specifically agile development process The successful candidate must be able to problem solve both operational and strategic issues and add value to the clients businesses, make sensible, intelligent decisions in difficult and deadline driven situations and be able to work under pressure, consistently and reliably.
